WELCOME TO LIFE CHURCH
We're so glad you are interested in attending Life Church. We are a church all about leading people to experience life change in Jesus. Under the leadership of Aaron Cole, we have grown to have three physical locations–and we reach around 2,000 people each week across all our campuses. Though the location may change, the vision and values remains the same. Our services always feature engaging worship, a challenging message and an opportunity to activate your faith by taking the next step in your journey. In addition to having great weekend services, we also offer environments designed for kids so that they may learn about Jesus at an age-appropriate level. PHASE 1 OF REOPENING

Under the guidelines of government officials, Life Church will have in-person services beginning June 13/14. However, things will be different than usual. While we cannot guarantee a germ-free environment, we are taking steps to help prevent transmission of COVID-19. You can read more about those steps below:

If you are sick, have a fever, present any signs of cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please stay home.

We care about your health and safety. If you are in a high-risk group, we encourage you to continue attending online during Phase 1.

As a result of social distancing guidelines, our capacity is limited in each service. We ask you to fill out the form above and indicate which service you would like to attend. Seating availability is on a first come – first served basis. If a service is full, that option will not be available. Please sign up for one service only.

In accordance with Gov Evers' executive order requiring face coverings in public, beginning Saturday, August 1, face coverings will be required inside Life Church buildings. Children under 5 years old are exempt and medical exemptions for face coverings listed in the Executive Order will be honored at Life Church. Please bring your own face covering as we will not be able to provide one for everyone in attendance. If you are not comfortable wearing a face covering, we invite you to join us at a Life Church Online service.

OUR GUIDELINES FOR YOUR SAFETY

Our auditoriums have been reconfigured to allow for social distancing.
During Phase 1, we will have services in the main auditorium only. There will be no kids Life Kids services.
In accordance with the executive order, face coverings are required for everyone age 5 and over. Life Church will honor all health issues that prevents you from wearing a mask as listed in the executive order.
Common areas and gathering spaces of the building will be closed. That includes the coffee area and any other place where people might congregate. We will also not have drinking fountains available.
Before every service, the auditorium seating and all high-touch surfaces will be disinfected. We will only allow people in the room after that procedure is complete.
Hand sanitizing stations are set up throughout the building. We encourage their frequent use.
If you need to sneeze or cough please cover your mouth and nose or sneeze into your elbow.
We will continually be wiping down surfaces in the restroom and other high-touch areas to reduce possibilities of transmission.
We will not distribute any printed materials. Offering envelopes will be placed on your chair. After the service, extras will be removed and replaced.
Our greeters and ushers will not shake hands, hug or high-five instead we will air hug, wave and give big smiles.
We encourage you to continue giving online. During services, you can give in the offering boxes on your way out of service, but we will not be passing the buckets.
TOGETHER AGAIN
Beginning the weekend of July 11/12, we will be reopening Life Kids across all of our Life Church campuses! During this time, we are taking extra measures to ensure that we are providing safe and impactful experiences for our kids. Below are some of the extra precautions we are taking at this time:

Life Kids rooms will be limited to a 50% occupancy.

Only one parent is permitted to drop off and pick up.

Parents are encouraged to download the “Church Center” app for easy check-in.

Check-in stations, rooms, toys and video games will be sanitized between services.

We will continue to release our Life Kids Online experience, available at lifechurchwi.com/lifekidsonline

Face coverings are required for children 5 and over.
